What can you got from us?

We mainly offering EV WallBox & Portable AC EV charger with output rating from 3.5kw-44kw, and both Integrated floor-mounted & Wall-mounted Fast DC Charging stations with output rating from 30kw-480kw. Additionally, some accessories of EV charging are also produced and supplied.

What is the standard warranty / guarantee policy for the chargers?

Two years warranty，We have a professional after-sales team.

How about your delivery time?

Generally, the lead time is 10-15 days for all the white-lable products. If it includes some customization (such as silk screen logo and customized appearance), it may take 25-30 days.

Can the functions in the chargers be customized as per client request?

Sure, We support customized services. For example, networking, credit card charging, charging method selection, etc.

Would your technical team support my technical team regarding the IoT connection between the charger and our cloud servers?

We can provide technical support and sample for your technical test, and we need time to deal with the software match.

Do you test all your chargers before shipping?

All major components are tested before assemble and each charger is fully tested before shipped.
